The Origin of Dysfunctional Games

In the year 2020, while the world was busy falling apart in spectacular fashion, a Trans owned, LGBTQ owned indie studio decided to turn the chaos into something playable. Dysfunctional Games was born from one developer’s stubborn belief that queer creativity, humor, and a little bit of delightful dysfunction could make gaming weirder — and better.

Fueled by questionable coding choices, too many energy drinks, and a passion for creating games that actually feel like living through the absurdity of existence, Dysfunctional Games builds unique, humor driven, queer inclusive experiences for mobile, PC, and consoles. From trend responsive projects to ambitious original worlds years in the making, every game is crafted with charm, chaos, and unapologetic personality.

Little did they know, their first "game" was actually a virus that made players question reality. But hey, that's just a bug... or is it a feature?
